Who we are

GridMind is a scenario planning platform for AI data centre developers, operated from Norway. GridMind is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at nikola@wildrr.com.

What we collect

Access requests. When you submit the “Request access” form we store your name, email address, company (if provided) and your message, together with the time of submission and a technical record of the request used to prevent spam and abuse.

Account data. If you are granted access, we store your email address and authentication details so you can sign in.

Scenario data. The campus configurations and simulation results you create are stored against your account so you can return to them.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Cookies and local storage are used only to keep you signed in.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use access request data to evaluate and respond to your request (legitimate interest in managing a private beta, and steps taken at your request prior to entering an agreement). We use account and scenario data to provide the platform to you (performance of a contract). We use limited technical request records to protect the service from abuse (legitimate interest in security).

Who can see your data

Access request records are readable only by GridMind through server-side administrative access; they are not exposed to other visitors or users. Your scenarios are visible only to your own account. We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing.

We rely on service providers to run the platform — cloud database, authentication and hosting infrastructure, and the simulation backend that processes the configurations you submit. These providers process data on our instructions only.

Where your data is stored

Data is stored on cloud infrastructure that may be located inside or outside the EEA. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Access requests are kept for up to 12 months after we respond, then deleted. Account and scenario data is kept for as long as your account is active, and deleted within 30 days of account closure or on request. Anti-abuse records are kept for a short period only.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict our processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Email nikola@wildrr.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, you may lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet), or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our practices change, and revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes affecting account holders will be notified by email.
